  • All payments are non-refundable once the campaign has started. Refunds will only be issued if GetView is unable to deliver the agreed promotional services.

  • In case of payment disputes, GetView reserves the right to suspend services until the issue is resolved.

  • The performance of the promotion may vary based on factors such as video quality, content niche, audience targeting, and YouTube’s algorithm changes.

  • GetView is not responsible for any actions taken by YouTube, including video takedowns or account suspensions.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure their content complies with YouTube’s guidelines and does not contain illegal, misleading, or inappropriate material.

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding their video promotion needs.

  • GetView is not responsible for any copyright claims or third-party disputes arising from promoted content.

8. Modification of Terms
GetView reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
GetView is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, YouTube penalties, or video removals.
